San Francisco: Meta has provided Facebook creators with new comment moderation tools that make it simpler for them to examine moderation data and manage conversations.
From its ‘Meta for Creators’ Facebook page, the business made the news on Tuesday.
The inline comment preview and criterion tag in Moderation Assist’s activity log allow users to see which conditions are satisfied for concealing comments, according to the business.
The “Moderation Assist’s Activity Log” now allows creators to examine “moderation data,” such as the amount of comments that have been hidden during the past 30 days.
Additionally, according to the firm, creators may now use Comments Manager in the Professional Dashboard to “perform bulk actions, such as like or concealing,” and search comments on their posts by keywords like emojis, commenter names, and date.
In the meanwhile, Meta had already declared that it would be making changes to its ad system, which would include taking away the possibility for marketers to target people under the age of 18 on Facebook and Instagram based on gender.
The firm will only utilise a teen’s age and location to determine what commercials to display them, ensuring that adolescents only view ads for things appropriate for their age and close to where they reside.
