Karnataka-born Justice S Abdul Nazeer, a former Supreme Court justice, was chosen to lead Andhra Pradesh. The current judge, Biswa Bhusan Harichandan, has been transferred to Chhattisgarh, and Justice Nazeer takes his position.
In addition, Jagan expressed gratitude to departing Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan and best wishes for his next position as Governor of Chattisgarh.
