On Friday, Google’s brand-new AI chatbot Bard was introduced in India. Although the chatbot is still in testing phase, it seems to provide financial advise when requested. Of course, users are cautioned not to rely on the chatbot for financial advice on the sign-up page for the chatbot. The chatbot was put to the test by Mint against financial questions like “price target for Reliance Industries” and “top mutual funds in India.” In the following 12 months, it set a price objective of 3,000 for RIL.
Anyone may offer advice, opinions, or remarks about financial products to the media in accordance with Sebi regulations. However, they must be registered as financial advisors if they charge consumers for particular advice.
