Nandyal: On Sunday, a tourist boat in the district’s Owk reservoir capsized, killing two people and leaving a third person missing and possibly drowning.
Twelve visitors were on board when the boat suddenly capsized as it approached the ocean. While 11 people were carried ashore, Sajida, a lady, vanished.
Asa Bee, 28, passed away after reaching the coast, while Noorjhan, 37, passed away in the Banaganapalli hospital. The Kurnool hospital is providing care for two additional patients.
