Mumbai: On Deepika Padukone’s 37th birthday on Thursday, her ‘Pathaan’ co-star Shah Rukh Khan penned a note of appreciation for the actress and said that he is “proud and always wishing her to scale new heights”.
Shah Rukh took to Instagram to share a new look of Deepika’s character from their film, along with the caption: “To my dearest @deepikapadukone – How you’ve evolved to dominate the screen in every avatar imaginable! Always proud and always wishing you to reach new heightsa happy birthdaya lots of lovea#Pathaan will be released in theatres on January 25th in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.”

‘Pathaan’ tells the story of an Indian spy who, thanks to his stealth and chameleon abilities, can enter any system or circle and blend in.
The film is the first of three films starring SRK after a four-year hiatus. He was previously seen in the 2018 film ‘Zero,’ which bombed at the box office.
The film ‘Pathaan,’ produced by India’s leading studio conglomerate Yash Raj Films, will be released in theatres on January 25.
