On Monday night, the victims were crossing the street when a car driven by a Kuwaiti citizen hit them before skidding and colliding with a concrete barrier, according to the Indians in Kuwait website.
An Egyptian, a Jordanian, and an African citizen were among those killed in the incident.
A few other people on the road were also injured in the accident.
The driver was taken to the hospital with fractures.
