Supremo Manoj Parab of the Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) said that Goa Forward, the BJP, and the Congress are all conspiring to sell Mhadei to Karnataka. He claimed that the BJP and Congress both made pledges on Mhadei in Karnataka in their manifestos. RG requested that a House Committee be established to look into the Mhadei conflict between Goa and Karnataka. He made this request to Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Ramesh Tawadkar.
