At the hands of Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho, the Rotary Club of Miramar and the Transport Department introduced the “E” badges for cars driven by elderly drivers. “I’ll strive to change the motor vehicle laws to make “E” stickers required for senior drivers,” Mauvin said. I’ll introduce a fresh batch of antique automobile registration numbers.
