Starcity Real Estate, Enticement Limited, and Gulshan Developers are the builders authorised to register residences in respective developments.
Avinash Singh was thrilled to learn that the obstacles preventing the registration of his Greater Noida home—whose registration had been languishing for more than three years—had been removed.
Singh is not the only one having fun. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has approved the registration of units in three housing societies being built by as many builders, which has eased many homeowners.
“It is a matter of excitement that my apartment will eventually be registered. I’ve been anticipating this day since 2019. People have been residing in the community without having their apartments registered in their names. We had to put the builder under a lot of pressure We finally learned that the Greater Noida Authority has approved the register of 746 homes under the first phase of the society after waiting for the builder to complete the registry, said Singh, a resident of Gulshan Bellina in Sector 16 in Greater Noida Extension.
He said that phase two unit registration is still waiting.
Homebuyers would profit from GNIDA’s decision to allow the registration of 2,215 apartments built by three separate builders in sectors 1 and 16 of Greater Noida Extension.
The developers Starcity Real Estate Private Limited, Enticement Limited, and Gulshan Developers Limited have been given permission to register properties in their projects.
The action will permit the registration of 933 residences in the ATS Destinaire project by Starcity Real Estate, 536 apartments in CRC Sublimis by Enticement Limited, and 746 residences in Gulshan Bellina by Gulshan Developers.
The registration of these apartments was approved, according to GNIDA authorities, after the builders paid the Authority’s outstanding debts.
While Enticement Limited’s project CRC Sublimis is situated on Plot 11-A, Sector 1 and spans an area of 20,000 sqm, Starcity Real Estate is building the housing society ATS Destinaire on Plot 14-A, Sector 1. Gulshan Bellina’s plot measures 28,374.22 square metres and is situated in GH 02A, Sector 16, Greater Noida Extension.
The GNIDA will set up specific camps, according to the authority, starting on January 9 and running through February 8 to register the properties.
