The Chief Minister was blessed at his home by Vedic Pandits from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) and Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Devasthanam as they chanted Vedic hymns.
Amaravati: On the occasion of New Year’s Day, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy received the blessings of Vedic Pandits from two important temples on Sunday.
The Chief Minister was blessed at his home by Vedic Pandits from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) and Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Devasthanam as they chanted Vedic hymns.
Prasadam was given to him by representatives from the two temples.
According to Chief Minister’s Office, TTD calendar and notebook were also sent to the Chief Minister (CMO)
Kottu Satyanarayana, the deputy chief minister for endowments, Hari Jawaharlal, Bhramaramba, the executive officer of the Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Temple, and other officials visited the chief minister to wish him a happy new year.
The Chief Minister was greeted by the Council Chairman K. Moshen Raju, the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Endowments K. Satyanarayana, the Ministers Jogi Ramesh and V. Rajini, the MP N. Suresh and the MLC T. Raghuram, the Chief Secretary Dr. K.S. Jawahar Reddy, the DGP K.V. Rajendranath Reddy, and other officials.
Earlier, the Chief Minister greeted the state’s residents a happy and successful new year and sent them his best wishes for the holiday season.
Assuring that the government will continue its welfare and development plan for a better and brighter future, he prayed that the New Year would bring health and happiness to every home.
On the New Year, Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan also sent greetings to everyone. “On the occasion of the New Year in 2023, I send my warmest greetings to the residents of Andhra Pradesh. In his speech, he expressed his hope that all Andhra Pradesh residents will experience joy, happiness, peace, and prosperity in the coming year.
“The start of a new year provides us hope for a bright future and the opportunity to investigate new possibilities.” and an inspiration to accomplish new objectives,” he continued.
