The corporation’s future would be greatly influenced by the divisions of engineering and information technology, according to TSRTC Managing Director VC Sajjanar.
Hyderabad: According to VC Sajjanar, managing director of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), the organization’s engineering and information technology divisions would be crucial to its future.
During a New Year’s celebration at Bus Bhavan, Sajjanar spoke with RTC officials and argued that technology should be used to improve customer services. He emphasised that the RTC has been effective in approaching citizens by collaborating and establishing creative programmes. In 2022, he added, “several daring changes were made with the opinions and recommendations of RTC workers and passengers.”
The RTC management concentrated on personnel training and health last year. “These two programmes were excellent. They (staff) are responsible for the RTC’s accomplishments. As a result, bankers are now stepping forward to provide money to the business, according to Sajjanar.
There were additional top officials, Executive Directors Vinod Kumar and Munishekhar, as well as TSRTC Chief Operating Officer V Ravinder.
