Nanda quashed the CAT order dated March 29, 2016 allocating Somesh Kumar, currently the Telangana Chief Secretary.
Telangana High Court Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan has granted the Centre’s Department of Personnel and Training’s writ petition challenging the Central Administrative Tribunal-Hyderabad order allocating senior IAS officer Somesh Kumar to Telangana in 2016.
On Monday, a division bench comprised of Chief Justice Bhuyan and Justice S Nanda quashed the CAT order dated March 29, 2016 allocating Somesh Kumar, currently the Telangana Chief Secretary.
Somesh Kumar’s counsel has requested that the order be stayed for a few days so that an appeal can be filed.
