Two guys were detained by police for allegedly bringing alcohol onto an Indigo aircraft from Delhi to Patna and using it.
Web Desk for India Today Two guys were detained by police for allegedly bringing alcohol onto an Indigo aircraft from Delhi to Patna and using it. Flight 6E-6383 of Indigo between Delhi and Patna reported the incident.
The two intoxicated travellers were detained, according to airport SHO Robert Peter, who also stated that they will be brought before a judge.
Although there were rumours that the inebriated guys got into a fight with the cabin crew, people with knowledge of the situation claim that the incident happened on Monday at 8:44 pm.
They said they apologised and stopped drinking as soon as the crew informed them that it was against the rules.
The cabin crew reported the incident to security as required once they arrived at the airport, they said.
