While her powerful performances have left everyone speechless, the actor has received widespread acclaim from audiences and critics following the premiere of her other film, ‘Lost,’ at national and international film festivals. While the actress has been jumping from strong stories to strong stories, she hopes to do a biopic of the iconic and beloved actor Madhubala.
Yami recently stated in an interview, “Madhubala ji, I believe, is the most beautiful. I’m aware that some films have been announced, but it has nothing to do with those announcements.”
“At night, I have this habit of watching either old songs or old interviews of yesteryear actors,” she continued. It could be anything from Madhubala ji to Smita ji’s interviews, and my God! They were articulate… Again, I wish one of those actors was still alive. There was so much more to see, and I wished they were here today. “My favourite actor is Madhubala ji.”
Meanwhile, Yami has more powerful performances in the works, including ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga,’ ‘OMG2,’ and ‘Dhoom Dham,’ among other unannounced projects.
